The Moon-Festival has passed, is everyone having a terrific holiday? My holiday was wonderful, I had a barbeque with my friends. Having a barbeque has already been an important culture to celebrate Moon-Festival. But do you know how to have a wonderful barbeque dish? Here are some important tips when you have a barbecue.
First, measuring the fire at the suitable temperature is the most important step. The most perfect temperature is to let your coal burn red. This is the most perfect temperature. And you can also put some oil on the iron net , it can make your meat more juicy.
After you have the fire at the suitable temperature, you can start barbeque. We can start our meal with some fresh vegetables or meat. After that eat some like corn or yam. These ingredients can make you feel full in order to reduce eating the manufactured food like sausage or hot dog. At last if you want to eat healthier , you can add some water into the barbeque sauce or make the sauce on your own.
Here is a simple recipe of the barbeque sauce
We have to prepared
1 piece of ginger
5 piece of garlic
250ml of soy sauce
75g of sugar
2 spoon of sesame oil
1/2 spoon of pepper
20G Potato Starch(太白粉)
Step1
Add some oil in the pot and put ginger and garlic piece in it and pan-fry them
Step2
Add soy sauce , sugar , pepper and sesame oil into the pot and mix them
Step3
Add some potato starch in it and boil it until the sauce become thick then put it into the cold water to cool down
Finally , some ingredients can't be eaten together. The food is full of secondary amines(次級胺) like tomato and banana can’t be eaten with the manufactured food which has nitrite(亞酸硝鹽) like sausage or hot dog. And seafood that full of amine(胺) like squid and scallops can’t not eaten when you drink yogurt.
By following these tips , you can have a wonderful,healthy and delightful barbeque experience. But no matter what , the most important thing when you celebrate the Moon festival is to spend your time staying together with your family and friends.
